This is a perfectly nautical sweater from Yves Saint Laurent Variation. Made in the 1990's, this sweater has a straight fit and a nautical flair. It is alternating dark and light blue horizontal stripes, with two red stripes and a rope print before the bottom. It has an small v neckline, with a pointed ribbed collar.

Yves Saint Laurent Variation is a diffusion line of YSL, made for larger markets at more affordable prices. While his couture and Rive Gauche lines are much more collectible and our focus at Modig, we add diffusion pieces in our collection here and there when we find ones that feel closer to the quality and fun style elements we associate with YSL. We loved the neckline and adorable rope detail of this sweater!
